About Physical Culture

Physical Culture (or Physie) is a sport for girls and women from 4 to 104 which aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, grace and flexibility through exercise.

Members are taught in suburban clubs (similar to a local netball or soccer club) by trained Bjelke-Peterson teachers supplied to the club by the National organization

Just as Dad and the Boys share that special sporting bond, physie provides the same sort of relationship for girls and their mums.

Physical Culture is a marvelous way for young girls to develop healthy minds and bodies whilst forming friendships that last a lifetime. Most of all, Bjelke-Peterson Physical Culture is a lot of fun!
